Dr. Ramaro Inguva (CEO)

Dr. Ramaro Inguva is the CEO and co-founder of East West Enterprises, Inc. In 1969, he was awarded  PhD in theoretical physics from the University of Colorado and went on to Stanford University, the University of Wyoming as a professor of Physics with over 15 years of teaching experience including courses in multi-sensor fusion and Kalman filtering. He was also a senior National Research Council fellow at US Army ANCOM. Dr. Inguva has over thirty years of experience in areas such as applications of  Bayesian statistical methods to signal and image processing, remote sensing, data systems interface modeling. Over this time, he has successfully managed several contracts. Currently, he is the principal investigator on projects for NASA, DOE and DOD. His vision for EWE is to bring high technology solutions to problems and issues expressed by these agencies. His goal is to establish EWE as a company that balances commercial applications with solutions provided to government agencies and customers.
 
 
Dr. Frank L. Madarasz (Senior Chief Scientist)

Received his doctorate in theoretical condensed matter physics from the University of Connecticut in 1977 with honors. He received an M.S. in Physics from the University of Connecticut in 1971, a B.S. in Physics with honors from Utah State University in 1969, and an A.S. in Engineering Science with honors from the State University of New York in Alfred in 1967. He was a Research Professor of Optical Sciences and Engineering in the University of Alabama in Huntsville for 17 years. Prior to his working for EWE, he contracted to the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) where he worked to establish cooperative nano-science/technology research programs between Taiwanese scientists and the U.S. Air Force. He has acted as a consultant and has done research for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army in the areas of infrared and nonlinear optical materials and devices. Dr. Madarasz was also a Project Scientist on the International Space Station for a materials science experiment focused on Ostwald Ripening. He has significant industrial experience including being a Member of Technical Staff in Bell Laboratories and the Supervisor of the Solid-State Laboratory in General Dynamics. He founded his own company, International Diagnostic Technologies, Inc. (IDT), and is a co-inventor of the Photonic Molecular Probe, Smart Medical Database, Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Solid-State Molecular Sensor technologies. In IDT he was responsible for it business strategy: writing the business plan, securing technical, legal/patenting, and financial support. Presently, he is the Vice President and CTO for Xoetronics LLC, an intellectual property holding company. He holds nine patents on optical/sensor technologies and has published over 65 papers in international, refereed scientific journals including a book chapter, Quantum Wire Optoelectronics in Optics of Nanostructured Materials, for the publisher Wiley-Interscience. HE has numerous technical reports written while under contract for U.S. Army Strategic  Defense Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Marshall Space Flight Center *disk laser materials), Boeing  Aircraft Company, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Bell Laboratories, and Picatinny Arsenal. He is an elected member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Pi Sigma. His professional memberships include the American Physical Society, the Society of Photo-optical Instrumentation Engineers.
 
 
Bill Tillman (COO)

Mr. Bill Tillman has significant experience in Aerospace and medical facility development and affiliation. Hi experiences in medical field include the design, development and operation of the Covenant Health Center, Huntsville Spine & Wrist Center, Alabama Pain Center and Decatur Lipids Management Center. He is the former President of BTA and Cirrus Technology Inc. Federal Programs. He joined Cirrus in 2001 from COLSA Corporation where he had served as the VP of Engineering and Special Projects. He has over 25 years of experience in project development for technology programs, system operations research analysis and test of strategic systems. Defense system experience includes Command/Control, Communications & Intelligence (C3I), local and strategic sensor and operating systems. Designed and developed automation of an international hospital, including patience records, pharmacy, scheduling, records tracking, finance and accounting. He is a graduate of the DOD Operations Research & Systems Analysis course. He served with the Department of Defense until 1988 where he worked with the Space and Missile Defense Command Sensor’s Directorate. He served in numerous DOD assignments including sensor software development, data collections and test from remote operations sites. He is an Army Aviator and served in numerous flight assignments. He is both a Space and Nuclear deployment qualified for DOD.
